When applying for a rental property with us, there are a few things you’ll need in order to get started. The following is required for the rental application process:
- Completed Application
- Proof of income (Net income must be 3x rental amount)
- Photo ID (this is required for the co-applicant as well as anyone over the age of 18)
- Proof of current residency (mail that is in your name and your current address)
- Two (2) Valid Landlord References - If you do not have your current landlord's number, you MUST get that information
- $20.00 Credit Check Fee (for ALL persons over the age of 18; this fee is non-refundable)
